Fees / Insurance

Fees

I believe that finding the right therapist is an important investment in your well-being. My session rates are comparable to those of other psychologists with similar training and experience in our area.

I also recognize that therapy is not equally accessible to everyone. I reserve a small number of spaces for clients who need a reduced fee through a sliding-scale arrangement. Availability for these spots is limited, but I’m happy to discuss whether one may be a good fit for your circumstances.

Insurance

If you have a health insurance policy, I will be considered an “out-of-network” provider. Insurance coverage will vary based on plan but will often provide some coverage for mental health treatment. I will provide you with monthly statements, which you can then submit to your insurance for reimbursement of fees paid to me. If you intend to use your insurance, I recommend that you contact your plan prior to our first session to ask about your "out-of-network" psychotherapy benefits.
