Fees:
My fee for psychotherapy is $350 per 50-minute session. Payment is due at the time of service. You may pay by credit card or zelle.
Insurance:
If you have a health insurance policy, I will be considered an “out-of-network” provider. Insurance coverage will vary based on plan but will often provide some coverage for mental health treatment. I will provide you with monthly statements, which you can then submit to your insurance for reimbursement of fees paid to me. If you intend to use your insurance, I recommend that you contact your plan prior to our first session to ask about your "out-of-network" psychotherapy benefits.
Good Faith Estimate Declaration: You have a right to a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) that outlines an estimate of what your psychological services may cost. If you are not using insurance to pay for psychological services with Dr. Bisbee (seeing her as an out-of-network provider), you are entitled to a GFE to protect you from unanticipated "surprise" health care bills secondary to non-emergency care. While Dr. Bisbee will discuss fees and payment with you before you schedule services, you can request a GFE and review the expected costs at any time. If you receive a bill that is $400 in excess of your GFE, you are allowed to file a dispute. Please learn more at https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises
